I have already written a post about this issue. I think Etsy will not ban AI; they will separate AI from the handmade category.

It could be problematic. For example, when I vectorize an image (converting it to SVG), I am using an AI tool to do the work. However, what if I vectorize a hand-drawn illustration with this tool? Is this considered an AI impact?

So, it would be mess.
